Global TV Premium Service offers worldwide coverage: our own labour is FREE for up to five years for the included after-sales cases and services.
For these covered interventions, the customer pays only for travel, accommodation and subsistence. Additional labour and excluded items benefit from substantial commercial discounts and highly competitive terms, reducing medium- and long-term acquisition and maintenance costs.
Free labour applies to our own work within the included services and contracted term, up to five years. Global TV Premium Service is separate from official Lutron product warranties; excluded items are quoted separately.

Can you work with my architect or installer?
Yes. We provide advice, engineering, product specification and integration, coordinating with the professionals involved in your project.
Can an existing installation be upgraded?
We assess the existing system, cabling, loads and equipment to propose a viable upgrade. Not all generations are compatible with each other.
How much does a Lutron project cost?
It depends on the circuits, luminaires, blinds, interfaces, integration and scope of services. We prepare a tailored proposal after understanding your space and needs.
